Waiting...

Whether you are a dog waiting for your owner to return or a human waiting at the stop light, waiting can be tough. But it can be a good thing as well. The Lord can teach us many things while we wait. That is exactly where I am. I am in a state of waiting. Waiting on a husband, waiting for the Lord to show me direction, waiting, waiting, waiting... Is it easy? No way, but it has been said that "good things come to those who wait." Isaiah 40:31 "But those who wait on the LORD Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint." I want to wait on the Lord, I think it is the best thing that I can do; but I get so impatient and try to work things out myself :( God is so faithful, and even if things do not work out as I think they should His plan is better than any plan that I could ever imagine.
